The Pacific Leadership Program:
PLP 2025 will uplift spirit and help leaders respond to the ever-growing complexity of issues that polarize and create issues in our communities. The program structure focuses on personal, contemplative and restorative activities to enhance professional capacity. Guest trainers along with Stacey and Juan offer special one-on-one attention for participants. PLP capitalizes on the experience and know-how of program participants and their knowledge and expertise as a valuable aspect of the learning community.
Participants are challenged to examine their perspective and how it may be impacting both their personal and professional life. Employees will return home energized and ready to navigate their political landscape with a deeper understanding of the value of collaboration, creativity and connectivity in achieving objectives. The workshops help the leader embody the best qualities of being human so they can help others in their organizations and communities rediscover these attributes in themselves.
Each year the program develops and designs training to accommodate the pressing challenges facing local governments, nonprofits and other organizations providing service to their communities.
